It's disappointing to find out that there are schools with less dicipline and associated respect than in the U.S.. Lack of work ethic, personal repsonsibility for bad decisions, and an entitlement mantality can't be far behind. It sounds like the teachers are setting that exact example now. This probably equals a continued 'Ghetto', and Godless existance for those kids.
